This Manager/Supervisor of HRDGA (Human Resources Development & General Affairs) position will be responsible for the full cycle of the company’s Human Resource Management (HRM), such as:

• Job Analysis
• HR Planning
• Recruitment & Selection
• Training & Development
• Orientation & Induction
• Performance Appraisal
• Compensation & Remuneration
• Industrial Relation

To be successful in this role, Candidates will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRD (Human Resources Development) Supervisor in a manufacturing company
• Preferably has a certification in HRM (Human Resource Management)
• Good socialization, communication & coordination skills with various job levels within the company
• Good leadership skills
