To be successful in this role, Candidates will need to have:

• Minimum Education D3 (Diploma) in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical & Machine Design Engineering / Manufacturing Technology Engineering, or S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• Experienced in the design and manufacturing process of items such as Moulds and Dies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company as a Process/Product Engineer
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill and Lathe Programmer
• Able to use MASTERCAM / AUTOCAD / INVENTOR / SOLIDWORK programs
• Able to operate CNC Turning / CNC Machining Center machines
• Maximum age of 35 years
• Enjoys working in the field / hands-on and is accustomed to making daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• High motivation and adapts quickly
• Enjoys working with a team and with achievement targets
• Possesses good leadership skills

Candidate’s responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer requests in the form of drawings or product samples
• Creating draft/sketch drawings using AutoCAD / MASTERCAM / INVENTOR / SOLIDWORKS
• Creating programs and time studies for the machining process
• Setting up machines and production trials
• Making improvements to projects that are already or are currently in production
• Assisting QA in creating POKAYOKE for production control
• Supervising the production process during trial orders before mass production
• Ensuring the stability of the production process before handing it over to mass production
• Preparing the tools and jigs needed for the production process
