As part of the commitment to improving quality and production readiness, the Suzuki Pakistan team together with Kayaba Indonesia carried out New Model Audit activities through visits, verification, and evaluation of production line development at suppliers.
The agenda includes a presentation from Buana Merdeka Jaya, an explanation of the development plan, a plant tour, and a joint discussion to ensure the readiness and standardization of the production process to support the launch of Suzuki’s latest model.
